A 58-year-old man from Barry has died following a collision at a recycling plant in Cardiff.

Emergency services attended the Atlantic Waste Recycling Plant at around 4.30pm on Wednesday following a report of a “collision between a worker and a plant vehicle.”

Police say the man’s family and the coroner have been informed.

South Wales Police confirmed there have been no arrests and an investigation is being carried out by South Wales Police in conjunction with the Health and Safety Executive.
